Chad is a Professional Portrait Photographer & Visual Creative specialising in Active Lifestyle photography. After residing in Las Vegas for over 10 years Chad has made his move back to Melbourne where he first established his love for Photography.
Now with the return to where it all began & the launch towards a business space, Studio RECX, Chad wants to help you build on your creative projects & dreams. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
My name is Chad Strachan & I'm an Australian Photographer that moved to Las Vegas at the end of 2012. As Owner, Operator & Creative Director of RecxSpace, a Visual Media Studio specializing in Outdoor Active Lifestyle & Fine Art Photography.
I feel that there is something wrong with me because I moved from the Ocean to a Desert. Most would agree.
Coming from the laidback easy going lifestyle of the Australian culture, I am able to bring into my images a raw natural element & at the same time have the ability for attention to detail & to adapt by thinking on the fly which creates for some unique unexpected results. A view from my mind & how the world is around him.
Simply put "I do this because I love it"
I take to the Outdoors in search of the everyday that most would not take notice. There are so many things that I find of interest & this is my way of trying to get a better understanding of myself & the world around me.
